The noon sun came sooner than even Br'er Fox would've thought.
But he sighed, "Phew, another day lookin' for Br'er Rabbit. An' now since Br'er Bear's missin' too, I have ta find him. Good grief."
He pouted as he went inside his house on the other side of the mountains, expecting nothing but trouble and misery...only to suddenly look in surprise. Someone had cleaned his own messy house! Even the pot was boiling with something. Br'er Fox didn't even notice Sora sneak away.
"Hey, what'd you do?" Br'er Rabbit asked her when she returned back to the tent.
Sora smiled, "A good deed. You've heard the saying 'One good turn deserves another'?"
Br'er Rabbit and Br'er Bear looked at each other and shrugged.
"What did he do for you that he deserved thanks?" asked Python, standing near the tent.
"Let's just say that even though he's a warui kitsune, he helped me out when he could have kept to himself, and that little bit of knowledge saved my skin and led me to you." Sora answered him with a smile.

The OZ circus then packed up and started onward. Climbing over the China Porcelain Mountains was no feat; Stitch and Thingy got tired on the way and so had to be carried on some of the carnies' backs. The same went with Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, and their pals.
When they reached the top, they spotted a village below and Br'er Fox's place. Sora led the way down to it.
Panchito then noticed his hand turning see through when they settled camp. He tapped Sora on the shoulder, causing her to turn and hand him the green picture frame.
"Lo siento, Sora." he said to her, "I think it's almost time for me to return back to the waking world. Do you think you'll be all right?"
"I believe so," Sora smiled at him, "now that I know my big brother's safe as are you and the others." She then gave him a goodbye hug as he disappeared back into the waking world.
The sun had just set when Panchito left, and stars were starting to come out.
"I can't sleep," Baby Luigi called out.
"Maybe the stars in the sky are birds singing us to sleep," Baby Rosalina said to her fellow Babies, "like how Mr. Panchito and Mr. Donald do."
Sora sat down where they were saying, "Yeah, I can see it like that too, now that you think about it and look at it too. It reminds me of a story I know."
She then sang softly, "Early each day to the steps of Saint Paul's, the little old bird woman comes. In her own special way, to the people she calls, 'Come, buy my bags full of crumbs. Come feed the little birds, show them you care, and you'll be glad if you do. Their young ones are hungry, their nests are so bare. All it takes is tuppence from you. .........Feed the birds, tuppence a bag. Tuppence, tuppence, tuppence a bag.' 'Feed the birds.' that's what she cries while overhead her birds fill the skies. All around the cathedral, the saints and apostles look down as she sells her wares. Although you can't see it, you know they are smiling each time someone shows that he cares. Though her words are simple and few, listen, listen, she's calling to you, 'Feed the birds, tuppence a bag. Tuppence, tuppence, tuppence a bag.'"
Sora didn't notice Br'er Fox standing by listening along with the other carnies and the rest of her friends, some crying. 4 of the Babies had fallen asleep, and Baby Rosalina turned to her.
They both finished singing, ".....Though her words are simple and few, listen, listen, she's calling to you, 'Feed the birds, tuppence a bag. Tuppence, tuppence, tuppence a bag.'"
Baby Rosalina then joined her comrades in sleep as did the others who brushed their tears away and all went to bed.

A new morning came, and with it new life. Sora sat near the fire that day. Even though she'd slept a decent hour late, everyone else was asleep.
Sora took out her Master Keyblade which turned into her Master Guitarblade and tuned it up a bit. She then started to sing to herself, so no one would be rudely awakened.
"Mikazuki no SHA-RE ni hoshi no PIASU hazushite. Doushiyou? Mune ga...Mune ga ippai. Hanabi ga hoshi ni natte mo, koi ga yami e kiete mo, onegai yo KISU wo yamenaide. BIRO-DO no kaori de nusunde mo ii. Kono HA-TO ginga de deatta koi yo. Yofuke no MANTO hirogereba niji-iro motto motto aishite'ru. TAKISHI-DO MIRA-JU. TAKISHI-DO MIRA-JU."
Sora stopped for a moment for she heard another voice joining in her song. She turned to see Apolla sitting at the fire too.
"Gomenasai, Apolla-sempai," she said to her, "Did I wake you up?"
"Nah, I was awake anyhow," Apolla smiled, "I'm glad Panchito suggested you'd sing in my stead yesterday. You have a lovely voice, you and the one who did your hair. Have you ever considering being a professional singer?"
"I haven't thought much of that."
"Well, think about it."
"Okay." Sora then resumed playing and singing her song, this time Apolla joining in.
"KANARIA no ORUGO-RU sotto FEIDO AUTO. Doushiyou? Mune ga...Mune ga tsumaru no. NAMIDA ga hoshi ni natte mo, kaiten mokuba kiete mo, onegai yo KISU wo yamenaide. BIRO-DO no shisen de tsutsumaretai no. Kono HA-TO ginga de chikatta koi yo. Hanabira no arashi dakishimete yasashiku. Zutto zutto kienaide, TAKISHI-DO MIRA-JU."
Sora then played a short instrumental before she and Tora finished, "Yofuke no MANTO hirogereba niji-iro motto motto aishite'ru. TAKISHI-DO MIRA-JU. TAKISHI-DO MIRA-JU."
Sora then saw something in the village down below, so after telling Apolla where she was going, she sneaked down to it.

Sneaking quietly down to the village, Sailor Destiny (Sora) could see that they were just about to award someone. She saw from her hiding place, near the town square, that it was Dr. Bumby about to be rewarded. And there was a short-haired girl in black and white with him.
At first Sailor Destiny (Sora) couldn't recognize her, but when she saw the flashing green eyes look up to her--
"Alice?" she asked her. Alice nodded to her. She looks worried and possibly nearly hypnotically influenced by Bumby, Sailor Destiny (Sora) thought, noticing worry and a bit of hypnotic influence in her eyes and heart, I have to help her.
"Is there anyone who thinks that this man doesn't deserve the reward for helping our city out?" the announcer asked.
"I do. I say your psychiatric skills are bull." called out Sailor Destiny (Sora) as she walked out from her hiding place to the stage.
"You!" Dr. Bumby said, pointing to her.
"How rude you are, Dr." Sailor Destiny (Sora) smiled politely, "I'm Sailor Destiny, champion of truth and courage. I evaluated one of your patients and she's been suffering quite a lot from these sessions with you. And furthermore, monsieur, I'm no psychiatrist, but I can tell you that I can tell the truth far more than you can."
She then gently pulled off her sailor tiara. "Do you see this tiara? I wager this against the local currency that you cannot tell the truth."
For a moment, Dr. Bumby said nothing.
"Do you hear me? Either accept my challenge or surrender now and reveal yourself to be nothing more than a cowardly monster." Alice, who had broken free from Bumby's influence thanks to Sailor Destiny (Sora)'s challenging of Bumby led the applause for Sailor Destiny (Sora)'s bravery as she bowed to them all.
"You are a brave Sailor Guardian to step up and challenge me," Dr. Bumby replied, crossing his arms. "I accept."
"Excuse me!" called out Oz, seen going through the crowd and climbing up onto the stage. "I am a humble traveler, advisor to the Wizard of OZ." He turned to Sailor Destiny (Sora) and Alice as if to say, "Play along, you two."
Then he continued, "I will oversee this challenge and be a judge of it. The one who tells the truth the most is the winner."
"Agreed," Sailor Destiny (Sora) and Dr. Bumby said, Sailor Destiny placing her tiara back on.
She felt a reassuring presence near her although no one else but her and Alice could see it.
The orphans, Sailor Destiny (Sora) thought realizingly, Their spirits are trapped here. They won't rest in peace until Alice and I avenge them. I'll do it for them.
"What is the biggest loss a mortal can suffer?" Oz asked, starting the game.
"Aside from death? It is loss of love, or denial of love." replied Dr. Bumby
"It's when he realizes that all the people that mattered to him no longer remember him." Sailor Destiny (Sora) answered him. "What good is love if you cannot be loved in return?"
The audience murmured in agreement to the question she asked.
"Both viable and very thoughtful answers," Oz smiled. "Okay, next question. What is the most dangerous weapon in the world?"
"Knowledge." Bumby replied.
"Words." Sailor Destiny (Sora) countered.
"I don't know; both of those were really deep." Oz replied. "What is the one creature that is always hungry, but no matter how much it devours, it still has room for more?"
"Death." Bumby replied.
"Time." Sailor Destiny (Sora) countered.
"Don't get cocky," Alice whispered to her as the audience applauded, "I have an idea. Wait until he uses the last of Ruggedo's magic that was given to him by Ruggedo himself. Then I'll strike with the question about the fire."
Sailor Destiny (Sora) nodded in agreement, and turned back to Bumby as Oz asked, "What is something that you can possess that cannot be seen, heard, smelt, touched, or tasted? And yet, it keeps you from seeing, hearing, smelling, touching or tasting things that may hurt you?"
"Common Sense." Sailor Destiny (Sora) replied.
"Dreams." Dr. Bumby replied.
Sailor Destiny (Sora) then could see a dark aura surrounding Dr. Bumby. Hmmm, she thought, he's planning to cheat. I don't like this.
"Who was the culprit of the murders in this story I sing?" Oz asked. He then waved to Daniel, the Aracuan, and Betsey who then started to play on biwa, flute, and accordion.
Oz then started to sing after he gave Sailor Destiny (Sora) and Alice a sly wink, "On the corner of Enbizaka, there is a lady who owns a tailor shop. With her fine skills and a good attitude, she is the talk of the neighborhood. But what's always on her mind constantly was her lovely person's unfaithful attitude. Even though he has someone like me, he never comes back home at all. But I have to concentrate on my work, I carry my scissors in both hands. These sewing scissors my mother used to use, the more you sharpen them, the better they cut. The neighborhood is the same as always. Ah, it's such a calm and peaceful place. I saw him today at the main street. Who was that girl that was next to you? With a beautiful crimson kimono, you seemed to be friendly with that beautiful woman. I couldn't stand the sight of that, so I turned and I left that place. But I have to concentrate on my work. I carry my scissors in both hands. With my cheeks that are so damp with my tears I'll start to tailor the crimson kimono. The neighborhood seems to be uneasy. It seems like there was a crime the other day. I saw him today in front of the bridge. Who was that girl that was next to you? He seemed to be depressed today. The girl with green hair was comforting him. That green obi belt looks so good on her. Ah, so that's the girl that you like. But I have to concentrate on my work, I carry my scissors in both hands. And with my red swollen tear-stained eyes, I begin to fix up the green obi belt. Now the neighborhood is growing restless, another crime has happened the other day. I saw him today in front of the hairpin shop. Who was that girl that was next to you? That girl seemed way too young. For her he bought a yellow hair pin. What on earth are you doing? You really are despicable! But I have to concentrate on my work, I carry my scissors in both hands. How strange, were my scissors this color? I'll work very hard again today."
"I've finally finished the thing that I've been working so hard on. If you're not going to come to me, then I guess I'll just have to go and meet you." Sailor Destiny (Sora) chimed in.
Oz smiled and nodded to Sailor Destiny (Sora) to resume the song. And she did, "Crimson kimono, a green obi belt. A yellow hairpin I place in my hair. I have become the type of girl you like. How is it, love? Aren't I beautiful?"
Oz and Sailor Destiny (Sora) then sang together as Alice's dress turned into her Wonderland blue one and her hair grew longer again. "Now the neighborhood is in chaos. It seems a young man has been murdered A whole happy family of four has been killed, how tragic is that? Besides that, the way he was acting was awful, 'Hello, it's so nice to meet you,' he said. It was like he was talking to a stranger. It was like he forgot who I was. But I have to concentrate on my work, I carry my scissors in both hands. My scissors are now dyed a deep red. The more you sharpen them, the better they cut."
"It was the tailor herself who killed them," Sailor Destiny (Sora) answered after she noticed Dr. Bumby not say anything, "She had lost her husband and child in a fire, and thought the other man was her husband come back to life. Because of this, she saw the other man's daughters and wife as a threat and became jealous and murderous."
"What is it that woman most desires?" asked Oz.
Dr. Bumby pondered this until--
"Sovereignty," answered Sailor Destiny (Sora) politely.
Dr. Bumby then was left at a loss of words, he couldn't find anything to say, but his dark aura did. For before anything else was said or done, Sailor Destiny (Sora) suddenly kneeled down, and everyone saw the dark aura trying to go into her. But the silver boots suddenly glowed and destroyed the dark aura.
"NO!" Dr. Bumby screamed, "That was the last of Ruggedo's magic!" He then covered his mouth to try to fix his mistake but it was too late; everyone gasped! They now knew he worked for an enemy to their town.
"Nice try, Bumby." Alice said, blocking his path before he could strike the fallen Sailor Destiny (Sora), "But neither my friend and I are that stupid. And that's the truth."
"The delusion that those shoes protect your friend is a strong one. Regardless, they will not save anyone in the end."
"It's no delusion." interjected Sailor Destiny (Sora) as she stood up and dusted herself off, "Alice isn't lying. And neither am I, besides I stink at lying. In fact, I didn't know until now that they're protecting me from you. And another thing, Theodora and Mordred are scarier than you. You wouldn't be where you are today if Professor Liddell had lived; he and his eldest daughter Elizabeth saw you for what you really were, regardless if you got to his family or not."
"If I may, Oz," remarked Alice turning to Oz, "I will ask a question to them."
"Go ahead, Miss Liddell," said Oz.
Then turning to Sailor Destiny (Sora), Alice asked her, "Sailor Destiny, do you know anything about the fire?"
"I didn't at first." Sailor Destiny (Sora) answered truthfully, "But as I traveled deeper, I discovered secrets about it with you, Miss Liddell. As you have said, 'Centaurs don't go to Oxford'."
Then turning to the people gathered around including the one to give the award she added, "Here's how it began; the fire in the fireplace was put out before the fire started and Alice was asleep. Someone came in and Alice, being a child at the time of the incident, thought it was a centaur and her older sister Lizzie talking in her sleep. But it's worse; Lizzie was actually raped by the perpetrator and possibly killed by him. He then took the key to her room, locked it, took the lantern that was out in the hallway because Alice couldn't sleep, ran downstairs with it, and tossed it into the fireplace to cover up the crime. He managed to do that--almost. Thanks to Alice's pet cat named Dinah, Alice managed to escape out the window and has remained safe."
"But who did it?" Oz asked her.
Sailor Destiny (Sora) smiled, "Alice's sister hated locked rooms. Feeling like a prison, right? Cynical people would say she was a pedophile's latest prey waiting to happen, but that would not only be insensitive. It's downright misogynistic. The key to Lizzie's room had a certain symbol on it. The symbol of Venus."
At these words, she pulled out the ring of keys from within her cloak, causing everyone to gasp in surprise. They were even more surprised when a fifth and final key appeared, one that Alice had seen in her hypnosis sessions with Dr. Bumby. It had the symbol of Venus on it. Dr. Bumby tried to speak, but when he touched around his neck to feel for the key around his neck...it's gone.
A smile of victory formed on Sailor Destiny (Sora)'s face. She and Alice had Dr. Bumby right where they wanted him to be and won the challenge.
"It appears you have lied not just to me but everyone in this whole village!" yelled Alice angrily, "You've been brainwashing children and turning them into docile prostitutes after you hurt my sister! And you intended to do the same to me so no one would ever question your credibility or previous reputation! How dare you!"
Her dress suddenly turned white and her eyes turned black. The crowd then turned on Dr. Bumby and he quickly began to run off.
"After him," called out a voice. Oz turned to see Apolla, or someone that looked like Apolla.
"Mew Kuroichigo, thank goodness," replied Oz. "Go with Alice, Daniel, Betsey, and Sailor Destiny. Dr. Bumby must be punished."
Just like in my vision, Sailor Destiny (Sora) thought, Now the three visions I saw sometime ago have been fulfilled.
The 5 of them headed after Dr. Bumby, leading the mob of angry villagers as the Aracuan and Oz returned back to the circus with the children to keep them safe.

"YOU OOZING SORE OF DEPRAVITY!" screamed Alice angrily when they reached the town's train station to where Dr. Bumby stood, "CHILDREN WEAR THEIR NAMES AROUND THEIR NECKS AS IF THEY'RE BREEDING LIVESTOCK!"
"Merely a declaration of their pedigree." Dr. Bumby replied, a cruel smile forming on his face, "You 5 could use one. They're proud to display their provenance." He then laughed cruelly, only to be slapped hard across the face by Daniel who suddenly grew to enormous size.
"You're a liar," he yelled at Bumby, "I can't believe I looked up to you! You horrible brute! Because of you, people who are my age can't remember who they are or where they came from. How many minds have you twisted into forgetfulness?!?!"
"Not enough, Cowardly Reindeer. Alice's would've been a triumph, and I would've had Sailor Destiny's as a bonus too. Still, Alice is an insane wreck. My work is ruined! If it weren't for Sailor Destiny, I would've turned Alice into a puppet exclusively for me, or better yet a Heartless!"
As he spoke, they all found themselves on a train, the very train that Alice wanted to find.
"You've used me and abused me. You tried to hurt my friend too. But you will never destroy me! And I will never let you hurt anyone else again!" Alice cried, as a Keyblade appeared in her hands; this being rainbow colored almost like the Master Keyblade, but this one had a gryphon's wings on it. "You may have corrupted my memories, but you failed to make me forget! And don't you dare speak of Lizzie as if she were a slut, she wasn't. I know her, and you don't. Oh, my poor Lizzie, ruined by a monster!"
"YOU FOOL!" Dr. Bumby yelled, as he suddenly started to ooze black slime out of him, grow to enormous size and his hands suddenly dismembered themselves only barely connected by puppet strings with Ruin faces on the top of them, "I could've turned both you and Sailor Destiny into tasty bits, but no! You both insisted; Your friend on saving you, and you not wanting to forget the past. If I can't be happy, no one shall."
He soon had been transformed into--
"The Dollmaker!" Sailor Destiny (Sora) whispered.
The Dollmaker then reached up to strike the little group only for Daniel to let a great big roar so loud he had to cover his ears!
"Quick, now's our chance!" Daniel called out. He then slashed at the Dollmaker causing his shirt to be ripped by the scars made by the scratch. Betsey then threw a flaming kunai straight into the Dollmaker's eye before he could recover.
As the Dollmaker stumbled about with one blind eye, he moved his hand towards Alice. But Sailor Destiny (Sora) and Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla) quickly blocked it with their Keyblades, though they got some damage from blocking it.
Alice then slashed at his hand, causing the Ruin head to disappear from it and freeing the children's spirits.
"NO!" The Dollmaker screeched, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?!"
Daniel and Betsey then did the same to the other hand, causing the other Ruin head to disappear and free more young spirits.
The Dollmaker then turned in rage to Alice, Sailor Destiny (Sora), and Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla).
He swiped a pair of Heartless hands that grew out of him at the three girls, wounding them.
Before he could deliver the final blow, the children's spirits along with the orphans' spirits, and an older girl who looked like Kairi then jumped onto his head and started to knock the Dollmaker senseless!
"Get off of me!" cried the Dollmaker, "You horrible brats! I should never have let Ruggedo hide you in the first place, Nimee Aimee."
"Now's your chance!" the one named Nimee called to them, "Deliver the final blow!"
Sailor Destiny (Sora) took off her tiara but this time it turned into a ball of light, and she turned to Alice. Alice, seeing the ball of light in Sailor Destiny (Sora)'s hands, nodded in agreement. She and Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla) then got ready to batter up.
"Destiny...HOME RUN!" Sailor Destiny (Sora) shouted, tossing the ball of light over to Alice and Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla).
The two girls gave the ball of light a home run with their Keyblades...straight into the Dollmaker's face and it exploded all over him, causing him to collapse!
The scenery returned back to the train station, and Sailor Destiny (Sora) let her tiara return to her.
The little group of five, tired, bruised, but triumphant, then stood up and dusted themselves off as Alice's dress returned back into its blue color. Meanwhile the Dollmaker turned back into a bruised and battered Dr. Bumby, slowly getting up.
"We did it!" called out Daniel in delight as the angry mob surrounded Bumby.
"Now wait," said Alice to the mob, "The punishment must fit the crime! This evil counts as a crime, and such evil will be punished!"
"What did you have in mind?" asked one of the people.
Alice then heard the whistle of an oncoming train, and a devious smile formed on her face. She then stepped over to Bumby.
"See you in hell," Alice said to him, "Who knows? Maybe some half-wit bruiser will make you his sweetheart and then you'll hang there for eternity." And as Sailor Destiny (Sora) turned away with Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla) while Daniel's eyes were covered by Betsey, Alice pushed him straight onto the front of the oncoming train.
"And that..is the end of that." sighed Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla).
Everyone cheered and danced about, "Our children are saved, they won't be tasty bits for perverts!" and they even thanked the little group of five for saving them.
"Thank Alice and Sailor Destiny!" answered Daniel modestly, "Without their help, the children wouldn't have been safe."
"Indeed," said the Cheshire Cat, who appeared beside Sailor Destiny (Sora) and Alice.
Everyone left to go and celebrate, but Alice, Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla) and Sailor Destiny (Sora) stayed behind saying, "We'll catch up later."
The Cheshire Cat then turned to Sailor Destiny (Sora) and grinned after everyone left and after Emily O'Hara arrived with the spirits of the orphans and the young prostitutes and Madame Leota in tow.
Sailor Destiny (Sora) then handed Alice the ring of keys saying, "Your memories, Alice. We just got them back. How does it feel?"
"It feels so damn good!" answered Alice with a smile.
"How fitting that someone who tried to use a train against us would be run over by it." chuckled Madame Leota.
"Sora, how can we ever repay you?" asked the Cat, "You freed Alice, saved the intended victims, and avenged the ones who were victims already. And our Wonderland, though damaged, is safe in memory...for now!"
"We can assist you with our magic and our assistance in battle," said Alice, "After all, you helped us, so now we'll help you."
"And how can you do that?" asked Sailor Destiny (Sora).
"Here, let us show you," said one of the spirits who looked like Pinocchio. He then led her over to Madame Leota, settled in Emily O'Hara's hands.
"Gaze into Madame Leota, Miss Sora." said Emily to her, "Someone is looking for you."
"C'est vrai?" asked Sailor Destiny (Sora) to Madame Leota.
Madame Leota smiled warmly and nodded, "What they say is true, and now I will show them to you."
Her face then faded away as Sailor Destiny (Sora) looked into it, and inside the crystal ball, Sora saw Br'er Rabbit leading Brook, Sammy, and the barbershop crows on one side of the village while Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear were with Oz, Stitch, and a familiar man in a black suit on the other side.
"Sora, where are you?" they called out.
"My friends and Sebastian," gasped Sailor Destiny (Sora) in surprise.
"Go to them, Miss Sora," said Emily, patting her on the shoulder.
Sailor Destiny (Sora) turned to leave with Alice, but then they turned back to look at the group.
"You can come with us if you wish," she said to them.
"That won't be necessary," said the Cheshire Cat, "just call our names. Should you need us...."
"Thank you." Sailor Destiny (Sora) then bowed to the group a goodbye and continued onward with Alice and Mew Kuroichigo (Apolla).

Sammy and Stitch, meanwhile were seen leading the Br'ers, Sebastian, Brook, the barbershop crows, and Oz through the village with the children in tow. Suddenly they heard something above them and looked up. Nothing was there, but Sora, Apolla, Betsey, Daniel, and Alice had landed on their feet behind them while they were distracted.
"Looking for me, you guys?" asked Sora.
Stitch and Sammy turned and they saw her standing near the town square fountain with Alice and her other friends at her side, bruised and battered, but triumphant.
"Sora!" called out Stitch and he ran over to her. Alice picked him up and he gave Apolla, Sora, and their companions friendly licks on the cheek as Sammy came over to them.
"There you are," said Brook when he came over, "Goodness. Now you've got more wounds again!"
And noticing Alice he added, "Excuse me miss. Would you perhaps--?"
"I will do no such thing," refused Alice, "I'm not a prostitute and never will be." Then noticing Sebastian she added, "What brings you here? Have you shirked your duties as butler again?"
"Amusing," remarked Sebastian while rolling his eyes, "Brook and I thought we'd never find you here. I wanted to give you this." He handed the girls an envelope. "An invitation from my young master; he desires that you come to Gallahad's palace."
"And Sammy? How'd he find you?" asked Sora.
"We ran into him on the way to return the children to the village," answered Brook.
"Good grief, bruised again?" asked Oz when he noticed how battered and bruised the little group of 5 looked. They nodded.
"Let's get back to the tent, we'll all have to rest for the journey."

Over the afternoon meal, Sora and Alice explained to everyone what happened in Wonderland; Sebastian, Br'er Rabbit, Stitch, and Dumbo contributed a thing or two into the story.
"A very interesting story," Gyro applauded.
Baby Mario then tugged on Alice's dress and she turned to him as he asked, "Are you friendly?"
Alice said nothing, but scooped Baby Mario up and gave him a tight hug.
"Forgive me, little one," she said after she finished the hug, "I've just been through a lot."
"How about a sexy song to celebrate?" Brook asked as he whipped out his violin.
"Um, Brook..." Sora and Apolla began, pointing out the 5 Babies.
"Oh, excuse me."
Storm clouds began to form in the sky, and it began to get very foggy.
"We'd best head inside," said Dumbo, opening the tent flap. They all got inside.
"By th' by, was that you that cleaned my house? An' sang last night an' this morning?" Br'er Fox asked Sora after they all got inside just in time for the rain began to fall. "I nearly forgot ta ask."
"Yes, yes it was," answered Sora truthfully, "Consider it a 'one good turn deserves another' moment."
Br'er Fox looked at Sora, confused and she continued, "You could've turned away to continue searching for Br'er Rabbit but instead you helped me and it led me to the OZ circus. I thank you for it."
She then noticed Baby Luigi clinging to her foot and scooped him up.
"You don't like storms, do you?" she asked him. Baby Luigi shook his head.
"Hey," said Brook, "How about this song instead? My old crew and I sang it for Laboon once." He then took over the song with his violin and singing, "Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho, Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho. Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho, Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho. Gather up all of the crew, it's time to ship out Bink's brew. Sea wind blows, to where? Who knows? The waves will be our guide. All across the oceans tide, rays of sunshine far and wide. Birds they sing, of cheerful things, and circles passing by. Bid farewell to Waver's town, say so long to port renowned. Sing a song, it won't be long, before we're casting off. Cross the golden circle seas, the salty spray puts us at ease. Day and night, to our delight, the voyage never ends. Gather up all of the crew, it's time to ship out Bink's brew. Pirates we, eternally, are challenging the sea. With the waves to rest our heads, ship beneath us as our beds. Hoisting high, up on the mast, our jolly roger flies. Somewhere in the endless sky, stormy winds are blowing by. Waves are dancing, evening comes, it's time to sound the drums. But set in and never fear, tomorrow's skies are always clear. So pound your feet and clap your hands, 'till sunny days return. Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho, Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho. Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho, Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho. Gather up all of the crew, it's time to ship out Bink's brew. Wave goodbye, but don't you cry, our memories remain. Our days are but a passing dream, everlasting though they seem. Beneath the moon, we'll meet again, the wind's a lullaby. Gather up all the crew, it's time to ship out Bink's brew. Sing a song, and play along, for all the oceans by. After all is said and done, we'll end up as skeletons. So spread your tale, from dawn 'till dusk, upon these stormy seas. Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho, Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho. Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho, Yo ho ho ho Yo ho ho ho."
Throughout the song, Baby Luigi couldn't help but clap along, even his brother and their pals joined in. They even laughed as the Aracuan danced to the tune complete with a pirates' hat.
"Someone here?" called out a familiar voice.
Gyro turned and saw Erik supporting a fast asleep someone on his back in the cold rain outside.
"Erik! You're here!"  he called out. Then he gasped as he noticed--"And what's José doing here?"
"WHAT?!?!" gasped Apolla, causing her to stand up.
"Huh?" asked Baby Peach. Baby Daisy and Baby Mario were curious too.
Baby Rosalina walked over to Erik and saw something different; it was that caballero she and her friends heard about, but why was he human?
Baby Luigi tugged on Sora's kimono dress sleeve as if to ask her if he wanted a look. She walked over with Baby Luigi in her arms.
"Allow me to introduce José Carioca," said Sora, pointing out the sleeping now human Caballero resting on Erik's back and shoulders.
"Somebody get that man a blanket!" ordered Apolla to Python, "He's freezing to death!"
"This monsieur José is okay for now," Erik replied as he slipped into the tent, soaked to the skin, "I found him in the woods after I escaped Mordred and Theodora's castle a few days ago. He was in some sort of coma, but he has a pulse, thankfully. I could also feel strange magic afoot around him."
Python wrapped some blankets around both Erik and the comatose José and then looked out the tent flap.
"It appears the storm has flooded the yellow brick road," he remarked. Turning to the group he added, "I'm afraid we will have to start our journey on foot later than expected."
Thingy curled up on Sebastian's lap as he sighed, "What a shame. Ozma will be so disappointed when she finds out."
"Ozma?" asked Sora, looking up from helping the Aracuan set up some tea for Erik after she set up her backpack as a pillow for José to sleep on.
"Didn't ya know?" Br'er Rabbit told her, "Gallahad is King of th' Northern part of OZ."
"What your rabbit friend says is true," Oz cut in, causing Sora to turn to him, "While I am only king of the Emerald City, Gallahad was a prince of the Northern land of OZ, later king. He has an adopted daughter named Ozma, therefore she is a princess."
"I find that hard to believe," Sora replied. She then noticed something move about in José's hat. Lifting it up, she found a black and white little bunny wearing a jack-o-lantern bowtie.
"Father?" Betsey gasped. The bunny turned to Betsey and hopped over to her and into her arms.
"What just happened?" asked Sora, turning to the group.
"Jack Pumpkinhead, I presume?" Sebastian asked the black and white bunny, "I take it Betsey is your daughter?" The bunny twitched its ears as if it meant to say, "yes".
"I think I need a nap," a confused Sora groaned, placing one of her hands on her forehead. "I've been through a lot today."
"I've journeyed all this way here and I'm tired so as do I," agreed Erik, and noticing the Babies getting sleepy he added, "And so do they."
"How about Dumbo and I tell them a story?" asked Timothy.
"We'll have to make it happy," replied Dumbo to his little friend, "We don't want to give them nightmares."
"Go tell them the story," Sora replied, pulling out her Master Keyblade which turned into its Guitar form, "I'm going to sing myself to sleep."
Alice said nothing, for she had dozed off, exhausted. It had been pretty busy and wild today.
Thingy curled up and went to sleep on Sebastian's lap, while Stitch slept near Erik's feet. And Sammy laid down near Dumbo and Timothy who began to tell the story to the sleepy Babies.
Sora tuned up her Master Guitarblade as Gyro opened up a small computer to work while Apolla and the others looked out at the pouring rain with the Br'ers.
She took a deep breath and started to sing, "Shades of night are falling as the wind begins to sigh, and the world is silhouetted 'gainst the sky. ...Blue shadows on the trail...blue moon shining through the trees. ...And the plaintive wail from the distance...comes a drifting on the evening breeze. Move along, blue shadows. Move along.....Soon the dawn will come and you'll be on your way. But until the darkness sheds its veil, there'll be blue shadows on the trail."
Sora brushed her hand against the cream pie charm causing Dot Warner in western movie styled attire to appear and whistle a small solo. As Sora took off her hat, Dot created an echo to Sora's soft singing before finishing the song with her.
"Move along, (Move along) blue shadows. Move along...(Move along, move along, move along) Soon the dawn will come, and you'll be on your way (...On your way). But until the darkness sheds its veil, there'll be blue shadows on the trail. ....Shadows on the trail."
On the last few notes, Sora played one final chord before ending the song. She then turned to Dumbo and Timothy who were still telling the story of a girl who was asked to stay with a handsome white bear.
She smiled and let herself nod off to sleep for only a moment; but little did she know that she fell asleep on top of José's chest.

Evening came sooner than Sora would've thought. When she opened her eyes, she saw most of the circus folk were sound asleep. She smiled and began to try sitting up.
"Konbanwa," said Python, who was sitting nonchalantly in one of the bleachers.
"Couldn't sleep?" asked Sora. Python shook his head.
"Ya looked mighty peaceful while you was sleeping there." Br'er Bear replied.
"Looks like your John Doe ain't woken up yet." Br'er Rabbit pointed out.
"Gentlemen, his name is José, and he's not just some random traveler." Python remarked.
Betsey and her little bunny came over. Daniel had noticed Sora was awake.
"I managed to bandage your wounds as you slept but don't move around too much." said Daniel, "You'll have to lie down a bit in order to heal properly."
"Doctor Daniel's orders," added Betsey.
Sora tried to sit up just to prove that she didn't need to rest only to suddenly be brought back down to José's chest again, thanks to José wrapping his arms about her.
This caused Daniel to jump in surprise and scream, "Ahh! He moved. Someone, call a doctor." only to recover and say, "Oh, oops! That's me."
As for Sora? She didn't say anything, only a small blush tinted her cheeks.
"Damn!" Sora murmured to herself, "I shouldn't have feelings for him. I gave them up so he could be with Alana."
She then tried to wriggle free from the sleeping caballero's grip so she could try to at least sit up. Betsey helped out by lifting his arms up, giving Sora room to roll off onto the floor of the ring.
"How'd I end up there? I must've been asleep," remarked Sora. "I always end up sleeping in the strangest of places."
"My dad and I will be watching over you three to ensure you get rest," Betsey replied as the black and white bunny curled up to Sora.
"Mademoiselle Liddel's in the room I know that, but what about Apolla?" asked Sora.
"Don't tell, but Python's tending to her. Isn't it romantic? I keep telling Python he should kiss her."
"But she's his co-worker and fellow leader of the circus. That's all…right?" asked Daniel, turning to Sora. Sora nodded her head yes. She then threw José's cloak over him as a blanket, while Betsey wrapped a blanket over Sora and her red hooded cloak.
"Get some rest," Daniel said to her, "We'll take care of things and update your great grandpapa on what's happened."
Sora smiled. The gang left, leaving her, Alice, and José all alone. She read for a bit, got on her pajamas, and then fell back asleep.

"Ai, minha cabeça," José groaned, as he opened his eyes the next morning and placed a hand on his head to keep himself steady. He then looked down and saw Sora once again snuggled into his chest. Sora slowly opened her eyes a tad and yawned. A bit of the sun was coming through to the tent.
"Morning already?" she asked sleepily.
"Bom dia, senhorita." he whispered, causing Sora to open her eyes fully. She turned to see his face and started back, causing José to let out a pained sigh.
"Oh, sorry. I wasn't thinking; you're probably still banged up from your fall into OZ."
"Wait, so you've been through this before?"
"With Donald and Panchito, yup. Although, both of them fell into OZ before they came to see me. Donald told me you were worried about me."
"Ah, sim. Now I remember. It was my turn to come and see you, but I didn't think it would rain. Or that something would fall on me when I came here."
"Something fell on you?" Sora asked him.
José nodded and felt around for his hat "It was in my hat, but I can't find it now."
"That would be Jack Pumpkinhead." replied Emily, and she appeared in front of the two of them. "Feeling better, Miss Sora?"
"Much, thank you, Miss O'Hara." Sora answered, "How's Miss Liddell?"
"She's fine too."
"Yokatta."
The black and white bunny called Jack Pumpkinhead then hopped in with José's hat on his back. Seeing this, Sora couldn't help but giggle.
"Okay, thanks for my hat, but what's with the rabbit?" asked José as he placed his hat back on him.
"That's my father I'll have you know!" replied Betsey, running into the tent.
José turned to Sora as if to ask, "Is this true?"
"I'm just as confused as you are." answered Sora. "But yes, the bunny is Betsey's father. A bunny being a father is not as confusing as a bird suddenly turning human."
As José looked at himself, he discovered he turned human for this world. He sighed, "I guess I'm suffering the same side effect Donald and Panchito had."
"Exactement."
"Are you two going to kiss or what?" asked Jack Pumpkinhead.
"Dad!" Betsey shouted, scooping her bunny father up, "You're embarrassing me!"
"I'm guessing your dad was a famous man named Jack Pumpkinhead and he got turned into a bunny thanks to Mordred?" Sora asked her.
"How'd you know?"
"I guessed. Believe me, I've known crazier things that even I never knew of."
"What a cutie Jack is," remarked Emily. She scooped Jack Pumpkinhead up and gave him a brief hug before handing him back to Betsey.
"How's Alice?" asked Sora.
"Recovering nicely," answered Betsey, "thanks to you helping her out."
"Think nothing of it."
"How are you doing? We looked pretty bad when they found us."
"Feeling all right. I've had worse than these."
"You're hurt?" asked José.
Sora turned to him, "Yes, but you should've seen my battle wounds from fighting Ruggedo."
"Hold still a second."
Sora looked at the caballero, an eyebrow raised skeptically.
"Don't let me catch you trying to kiss a boy like that." replied Jack Pumpkinhead.
"Dad!" Betsey replied, raising an eyebrow at him.
"Unless you know him well enough of course."
"I don't think he's gonna kiss her."
Sora just rolled her eyes at them, and backed away to give José room to sit up.
"You look like you could use a good old-fashioned Cure spell," he said to her. "May I? After all, potions can only do so much."
"Of course," answered Sora.
"Close your eyes."
"Doushite?"
"Trust me."
Sora closed her eyes, and..."Cure!" called out José while he waved his staff over her.
She heard something around her, and imagined it to be flowers. Then it was gone. She opened her eyes and looked at her hands.
"Thanks, José." she said to him.
"Everything all right?" called out Erik, coming into the tent. Then noticing José awake he added, "Awake are we?"
"How long was I...? José began.
"You were out cold when I found you in the woods. I had recently escaped Mordred and Theodora's castle a few days ago. I found you on the same day I got here."
"That makes around 12 hours that I've been out." José remarked.
"At least," chimed in Betsey.
"Can you stand?" asked Sora.
"I was going to ask you the same thing." replied José. Sora then stood up and extended her hand to José in case he needed support.
Baby Luigi peeked out from behind Erik's pants covered legs. He then toddled over as José gladly accepted Sora's offer of support.
"You're welcome, mister." said Baby Luigi after José thanked Sora. The two of them turned to the little plumber who then hid near Betsey.
"That's Baby Luigi," Sora whispered to José, "he's a little shy."
"He and his friends are not my great granddaughter's. We ran into him and his brother on our travels," answered Erik. "Their princess friends joined our party later on."
"WEEEEEE!" called out Baby Daisy, and she swooped past the little group on a trapeze.
"What just happened?" asked José. Only for Baby Daisy to swing above him and Sora going, "YAHOOOOO!" This caused the two of them to duck so that they didn't get hit.
"Get down from there, Baby Daisy Sarasar!" Sora called to her.
"Yee-haw!" screamed Baby Daisy with delight, swinging past her and José again.
"Daisy Sarasar, get down from there, or no sea salt ice cream!" yelled Erik.
"Sheesh, I hope I don't have kids." said Sora.
"Ditto." agreed Betsey.
Suddenly Baby Daisy missed her catch and started to fall down. Sora rushed over to try and catch her,  but the Baby Mario bros. beat her to it with a big parachute blanket.
"Phew. Nice catch, you two." smiled Sora, scooping Baby Daisy up as she spoke. Then turning to Baby Daisy, she scolded her. "You naughty little girl. That was very dangerous of you to do such a thing!"
"Adventure!" cheered Baby Daisy, waving her arms in the air. Baby Peach tugged on Sora's pajama pants, causing Sora to turn to her.
"She was always the adventurous cheerful one of us," Baby Peach pointed out to her.
"Well, she shouldn't have done that little trapeze stunt." Sora said to her. "She could've gotten herself or someone else hurt."
"I learned that it's better to let her figure it out on her own what is dangerous and what isn't." said Erik, "Believe me. I've had a little trouble with her this morning before I came here. A bit like your mother actually."
Sora was going to ask about her family when--
"We're approaching Gillikin country!" called out Alice from outside. "We'd best be on our best behavior now!"
"Gallahad! You've got some 'splainin to do!" said Baby Mario and Baby Luigi in singsong.
Sora laughed and placed Baby Daisy back down.
She then knelt before the Baby Bros. and smiled, "You took the words right out of my mouth."
The Baby Bros. then both gave Sora a hug. Turning to José, Baby Daisy started moving about, explaining everything that's happened so far to him.
"Calm down, little one." Python replied, stepping into the tent. "I'll tell him."
"Obrigado senhor." replied José, "I probably won't understand her anyway if she talks too fast."
Baby Daisy sighed, and looked like she was going to cry.
"If you want, Little Daisy, you and Stitch can do movements to go with the story." sighed Python.
This made Baby Daisy smile and cheer, "YAY!"
"Come along, both of you. We will talk in the main tent." With that, Python led José and Baby Daisy out, Baby Daisy moving about to get warmed up.
Sora could hear her and Stitch doing certain movements to go with certain parts of Python's explanation to José. She also heard Hikaru and her friends playing instruments to fit the story.
Sora shook her head and turned back to Betsey, the other Babies, and Erik.

Sora sighed, alone in the makeup tent. She didn't wish to perform for anyone at the moment. Particularly dancing, as Sora always thought of herself as a bad dancer. Sora ran her fingers through her hat covered hair that grew to her shoulders as she looked in the mirror. She sighed, looking at the blue dress she got back into.
"Years ago, when I was younger, I kinda liked a guy I knew." Sora began quietly to herself, "He was mine, and we were sweethearts. That was then, but then it's true."
She then stood up and pushed herself out of the chair. "I'm in love with a fairytale even though it hurts. 'Cause I don't care if I lose my mind, I'm already cursed."
Sora noticed her hips swaying to the beat her song was giving them, so she quickly restrained herself before resuming, "Every day we started fighting, every night we fell in love. No one else could make me sadder, but no one else could lift me high above. I don't know what I was doing, when suddenly we fell apart. Nowadays, I cannot find him. But when I do, we'll get a brand new start."
Sora soon was clapping to her own beat, "I'm in love with a fairytale, even though it hurts. 'Cause I don't care if I lose my mind, I'm already cursed."
As Sora gave herself to the music through her voice, she closed her eyes and moved to the beat. "He's a fairytale, yeah! Even though it hurts. 'Cause I don't care if I lose my mind, I'm already cursed!"
"Wow! I didn't know you could dance like that." said Baby Rosalina.
Sora gasped, and turned back around. There was Baby Rosalina, standing at the tent flap with Erik. She was applauding Sora while Erik just grinned.
"N-N-No I don't," replied Sora, a blush of embarrassment on her face.
"That's not what José told me." said Erik, "Or what he and Panchito saw in La Cité des Cloches."
Baby Rosalina nodded, indicating, "Yes, he told us." with that gesture.
"No use hiding your natural talent for dance."
"But the minute I dance for others, I mess up. Or at least I think I do. So I pretend no one's around and close my eyes to dance for myself."
Baby Rosalina spoke up, "There have been stranger things than a blind dancer. Apolla told me so."
"You're a genius, Rosalina." Sora smiled, "I'll wear a scarf around my eyes."
Erik just groaned and did a facepalm. "That's not what I meant. Please go see José. He wanted to talk with you after he heard what happened from Python."
"And Daisy and Stitch," added Baby Rosalina.
"I suppose." replied Sora. She then walked out of the makeup tent, her eyes closed. She was remembering what Esmeralda said to her.
I couldn't resist making a  to the Disney film Snow White for the first bit of this chapter.

Sora sings "Feed the Birds" from the Disney film Mary Poppins (also Walt's favorite song). Later, she sings a duet with Apolla of "Tuxedo Mirage" from the 1990s anime version of Sailor Moon (specifically the song's from the 3rd season).
With Dot Warner as the whistler and the echo to her, Sora sings, "Blue Shadows on the trail" originally sung by Roy rogers, heard in the Disney movie, "Melody Time".

The song Oz sings is an English version of the Vocaloid song, "The Tailor Shop on Enbizaka", briefly mentioned in one of the previous chapters.  Inspired by this cover: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rrowq…

The line where Alice says "it feels so damn good to get them back" and Madame Leota making an irony, I thank :iconanaxerik4ever: for that.

I'm sure you know where the pirate tune "Bink's Sake" is from.

The song Sora sings is called, "Fairytale" by a singer called Alexander Rybak, slightly altered to fit her and the story. :iconanaxerik4ever: got me interested in that song.

For José Carioca being in human form, imagine :iconkessielou:'s and :iconchacckco:'s interpretations of the caballeros in human form as both are my inspiration for them.
